Inbound Call Filtering allows you to block numbers from calling you based on simple rules you set. Whether you want to block calls from a certain number, or from a whole city, it takes just a few seconds to set up using our fast and friendly web interface. Alternatively, maybe you only want to receive calls to your phone from a few select friends? You can set up your phone to only allow calls from certain numbers.
User Guide
To set up your Inbound Call Filtering, log in to your account and select the ‘Call Filtering’ tab from the ‘Features’ page. Select the ‘Inbound Filters’ link, and check the 'Enable Inbound call filtering' box. From here you can specify the rules you require, based on how the number begins, how the number ends, or what numbers the phone number contains. Once a rule has been entered, the ‘Apply Settings’ button activates this on your Localphone line. You can enter as many rules as you like, and remove rules using the ‘Delete Filter’ button found next to each rule.
