Localphone’s Call Forwarding feature gives you greater control over your incoming calls. You can configure different scenarios, such as when you’re already on a call or fail to answer after a certain time limit, and decide whether to reject the incoming call, forward it to another number, or put it straight through to your Localphone Voicemail.
User Guide
To set up Call Forwarding, go to the ‘Features’ section, and then select the ‘Call Forwarding’ tab. From here you can set up 4 types of forward : Always forward to (which forwards all calls to either Voicemail or the number specified, and therefore does not allow you to set any further options), If unavailable forward to (if your device is not registered on the Localphone Network), If busy forward to (which forwards if you are on engaged on a call when a call comes in), and Forward on no answer (which does as it says). Once you have selected the options that suit you, click ‘Save Call Forward Settings’ to update your Localphone Account.
When forwarding calls to another number, you will be charged for the forward from our service to your number at regular Localphone rates.
